An advanced course in research methods in social psychology. Emphasis will be placed on learning and applying experimental and nonexperimental methods to social psychological issues. In the laboratory component, students will design, conduct, and write up their own social psychological study. Lecture/discussion, three hours per week; laboratory, two hours per week. This course is a Graduation Composition and Communication Requirement (GCCR) course in certain programs, and hence is not likely to be eligible for automatic transfer credit to UK. Prereq: Declared major in Psychology, PSY 195, PSY 215, 216, and 314.
