Clinical Psychology Graduate Student

I am a 4th year clinical psychology graduate student at the University of Kentucky. My research mentor is Dr. Justin Karr. My research focuses on measurement of subjective cognitive decline in older adults and its predictive value.

My clinical interests revolve around assessment of cognitive decline and I am completing specialized training in neuropsychology while at the University of Kentucky. I am currently a resident at Norton Neuroscience Institute in Louisville, Kentucky working with Dr. Brandon Dennis, ABPP-CN. I also spent 1 year at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Franklin R. Sousley Campus working alongside neuropsychologists, Drs. Andrea Williams and Timothy Carbary. My clinical experience also includes providing therapy services at UK's Jesse G Harris Psychological Services Center and brief interventions for sleep and chronic pain at the Kentucky Clinic's Orofacial Pain Clinic.

As of 2025, I am the graduate student member on the American Psychological Association's Committee on Aging (CONA).

I love to spend my weekends hiking and camping inside the Red River Gorge or thrifting at the Peddler's Mall or Goodwill! I have a black cat named J.J. Binks, and a tabby and white cat named Tucker. Please reach out if you have any questions about the lab or my research.
