Andrew Nelson is a second-year graduate student with a joint focus in social and developmental psychology. He remains interested in how stereotypes contribute to negative academic outcomes, and his current research examines how gender stereotypes negatively impact the academic outcomes of adolescent girls. In his free time, Andrew likes to cook, meditate, and explore the various nooks and crannies of Lexington, Kentucky.
